Please note that the menu you were provided with has to be considered as a reference. Our Chef Martin Pronovost enjoys preparing dishes with hints of the time of year. His style of cuisine is principally derived from local products and he changes the menu often to serve you a fresh meal with ingredients from our region.
An early evening menu is available for $20.00 per person between 5:00pm and 6:00pm.
For the dinner menu, we propose a menu “à la Carte” or `Table d’hôte` (4 course), available between 5:30pm 8:00pm
